CSJ Events launches seminars to provide brides with expert advice to plan their dream day.
From ‘yes’ to ‘I do’, U-Plan Series is bringing together brides.
Tuesday October 5, 2010 – Fredericton, NB –Charlotte Sabrina Jayne, has introduced the U-Plan Series in answer to the growing demand for planning services and the large number of do-it-yourself (DIY) brides who only need a little help to get down the aisle. This informative planning series brings together brides – both blushing and bridezilla to plan their dream day with expert guidance along the way.
“The demand for planning services in New Brunswick is growing tremendously.” Says Burhoe, having been almost completely booked each wedding season from 2008-2010. “Every bride needs a little guidance when planning their dream day and this is where the series comes in. It will offer brides the benefit of customized, personal advice at a much lower cost than more comprehensive wedding planning services.”
CSJ Events is now accepting seminar participants with 2011 summer and fall weddings. The planning series is currently offered in Fredericton on Wednesday evenings, starting November 3, 2010. Subject to demand, the series will be made available in other New Brunswick cities.
Brides will have regular access to a certified wedding planner through 7 classes leading up to their wedding with topics timed to when the brides would be planning that aspect of their wedding; some elements would include:
- Budget preparation & maintenance
- Stationary selection & design
- Choosing venues & booking vendors
- Décor & etiquette
Registration is limited to 10 ladies per session to ensure that each bride has the individual attention of the planner. They can ask questions, share stories and get advice on their individual wedding in a fun and friendly environment. According to Charlotte Burhoe, the classes are equal parts seminar & support.
Brides will get a great taste of what is available in the area, with tons of samples available in class and invited speakers, all timed right at the moment they are looking for those services. If they don’t find what they are looking for during class, they will at least be armed with the information and questions they need to ask to make sure they get great services at a fair price.
“I’m trying to create an environment for Brides where they get the advantage of having an expert wedding planner and at the same time have a place where she can share her experiences, vent her frustrations, gain exposure to new ideas and perspectives and, well, just generally indulge in all things bridal with those who are in the same situation.” says Burhoe
The registration fee for the U-Plan Series is $300. Series participants can also take advantage of an additional $100 discount should they choose to have CSJ Events provide coordination services on their special day.
“In essence, it’s about making sure New Brunswick brides can get help planning their wedding no matter what their budget or wedding style. Every girl should have the luxury of having a certified wedding planner on her side, and now, they can.” adds Burhoe.
