Full Coordination, Customized Planning
We are here to plan with you all aspects of your wedding. This includes venue selection, hiring vendors, negotiation of contracts, design the look of the event, and handle all of the little details that are involved in planning a truly unique and memorable event. Advice on decisions that need to be made, timeline of the planning, schedule of the day, help in formulating a realistic budget, and make all the preparations in order to create a flawless event are only a few of the services we will provide you. Our goal is to work behind the scenes so that you can enjoy the planning process and every moment of your wedding day.
Partial Planning, Fill in the Gaps or “dirty work”
You want to do the work but it would be easier with a little guidance. As your Wedding Planner, we will assist in the final logistical planning and decisions. We will work with you to plan out your wedding day, to recommend vendors, review contracts, organize transportation or hotels, and relieve the stress of planning. We will be your vendors’ main point of contact and be your Wedding Day Coordinator to guarantee that your wedding day is flawless and unforgettable.
Wedding Day Direction
As your “Day of” Wedding Planner, we work with you 1 month before your wedding. We will contact your vendors, visit the venue, prepare the timeline, and the itinerary for the event. We handle any issues that may arise, attend to you and your bridal party in preparing for the wedding, and organize the final details. Rehearsal coordination is also included to assure that your Wedding Day is perfect from start to finish.
Consultations
Maybe you’ve dreamt of planning your wedding but need some help to get going or just finalizing the last minute. Consulting would be a good choice and can be on a variety of topics such as:
- theme development & decor
- vendor referrals that are available for your date and fit your budget
- budget establishment / review & suggestions
- wedding etiquette
Consultations are done in person after an initial contact via phone or email to discover where and with what you need help on. During this hour meeting you will be given a hard copy of the information to leave with. No note taking required!
Rate: $150 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour afterwards – now or later.
